life in cardiology without ben and andrew

 buat masa ni, macam ni ler muka ku  tensen tanpa kehadiran dua2 sahabat ku yg tersayang ni.. uwaaaa.. penatnya.. busy giler2.. nak nangis pun ade gaks.. tp takde le nangis lagi..ben on annual leave, andy on nights.. itupun dengan penuh kebaikan andy buatkan admission dalam 4/5 every morning masa ben takde ni..
sekarang ni ada lagi 2 admission kat 9 south, plenty of discharges.. kene review patient feeling unwell kat 9N.. pastu isi blood forms kat CCU. pendek kate nyer.. kalu ade mende lain pop up.. uwaaa la lagi aku ni..
taperla.. biarlah ku simpan sendri rasa hati ini.. gambo takde nak upload.. no occasion. tapi nak balik mesia next week. alhamdulillah

finished my 7 nights about a week ago.. alhamdulillah to tell the truth nights never been better.. releks giler gaks la malam specialty igtkan busy.. last night je la patient wat hal.. sorg patient kat 11 general nak balik kol 2 pagi.. isk isk.. puas pujuk, dia kate nak balik gak sbb kat situ dia nampak people wearing black attire with black mask.. aduii.. tah ler pakcik tu hallucinate bagai nak rak..lepas tu pujuk2 n kasik dia makan 5mg diazepam.. terus dia senyap.. aku rasa afterwards tu dia tido sbb lepas aku jumpa patient tu, nurse tak bleep aku dah. nasib baik..
so far takde patient yg sick bebenor masa on call tu. sho wise pun bes2 gaks.. peter yg kaver onco/haemato tu baik giler.. cuma kalu mirshad on call rasa sakit jiwa sikit. andrew pun ok.. yg pegang 0005 bleep pun best.. paul mcglinchey .. spr kat level 9.. baik giler mamat tu siap igt nama aku lagi.. huh.. rasa bes la gak spr igt nama.. lepas tu kris lyon take over.. tak bes sgt mamat ni skema sgt.
tadik gi pasor beli makanan sket.. actually beli ikan utk masak kat umah bdak2 dunluce.. saje je nak pamper bdak2 ni.. lama dah tak melepak umah derang lagipun derang baru abis exam.. kasik can ler.. hehehe
ini pic kat city center aritu, skang musim x-mas so decoration pun bagai nak rak gaks.. saje je amik guna henpon.. burin2 masa soppin..

another 2 nights

hello hello.. i actually planned to put on some pictures of the inside of the hospital i'm working at the moment ... how nights have been for me for the past nights i've been on duty. few pics of my tired looking face as well.. but as u know, i need sometime to upload them onto the page and i'm using the computer in nephrology at the moment.. takkan nak bawak USB kabel bawak keje kot.. kang melampau laks.. hehe 
anyway.. alhamdullillah.. Allah gave me the best of nights ever  . which i will comment after i finish the other 2 nights.. semalam dapat tido around 3 jam.. without 4 south bleeping me! in the middle of the night. overall these are the wards that i cover:
level 11 - general and transplant (nephrology)
Level 10 north : haematology
Level 9 North and south and CCU : cardiology
Level 4 south : oncology
plus: outlyers of the above specialties where ever they are in the whole goddam hospital..
i'm still sleepy despite 3 hours sleep. hopefully the other two nights will fly quickly cos i'm totally too exhausted working 7 nights in a row..

ermm speking of which aku keje nights starting tonite.. untuk seminggu. lepas tu cutiiii semingguuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuu... yahuuu.. cepat la cutii.. aku nak sopping nak wat balik mesia  .. owhhs.. seseorang yg sepatutnya di'match'kan ngan aku taun lepas dah kawen!!! hahahaha.. kelaka2.. 
itu jer kot.. nantikan aku muncul seminggu lagi.. kalu aku rajin aku amik gambo aku keje malam2 buta kang.. jeng jeng.. isk. petang ni kene tido..

It snowed that day

it snowed last time i worked on long shift which was on last thursday. then i was sick.. still am sick... otak aku berdesing lak rasanya.. mata pun rasa penat.. tapi takleh tido cos aku nak train diri untuk keje esok.. long plak tu..
i'm starting my nights on saturday ni.. countdown la skang going home in a month time.. lepas 1 week nights aku keje 2 weeks n then cuti .. yahu!!!.. for the time being aku tatau lagi caner nak keje for 1 week of nights.. harapnya aja2 fighting la aku!! 
skrang ni masih sakit pale.. tapi kene keje sok.. andy nak amik annual leave esok n lusa.. s i have to be there utk tolong ben. i hope everything goes well and i will regain my strength as usual.. aminn
those pictures? aku amik dari tingkap bilik ku.. snowed quite heavily tapi tak stay lama.. thankfully.. dont like snow that much.. excited when it comes but dislike them when they are dirty and not white anymore..
u know what.. i feel like going back home for good next yr after 1 yr intern here.. hmm will i or will i not?? a question yet to be answered..

ini semua gambar lama.. aku baru uploadkan.. just pictures of my anak2 sedara 2 org.. well ade lagi 4 org.. cuma amik yg 2 ni jer.. will amik semua bile aku balik mesia kang.. and uploadkan..
actually aku make a self diagnosis.. since been feeling tired and extreme lethargy plus palpitations and semalam ade temperature sket.. rasanya dah kene flu infection.. sakit badan and felt so tired and tak lalu makan..
